What do all you people have against the sun?
You sound like Mr. Burns.
Any ball of hydrogen that massive will be extremely hot. That’s just how physics works. To make it freeze, you’d have to either transmute all the hydrogen to a heavier metal, teleport a large amount of the sun’s mass to other locations, or decrease the strength of the gravitational pull to the point that it can’t compress the hydrogen tightly enough to make it fuse.
Iceman can do none of those things.
